So, the Yellow Pages was left on my porch the other day. The kids didnt know what it was for. It never made it into the house, straight into the recycle bin. Ill never forget my first appointment with the Yellow Pages rep, for my small local business. She pulled up in her Mercedes carrying her Gucci bag and told me a tiny, bolded and outlined listing would run me $350 a month after showing me a predesigned, half-page ad (a best value!) that would have been $1800 a month. I wonder what she does for a living these days...
