So the couple weeks or so Ive been waking up very swollen. I mean like I cant make a fist or walk for the swelling! I had to walk with my feet pointed out cuz my ankles wouldnt bend. Ive had the swelling for over a month, but not this bad and not upon waking. I went to the Dr, he drew 5 vials of blood, went back the next day for an ultrasound of my aorta, bladder & kidneys. I lost 3.5 pounds overnight! All that was fluid!! He called it cardiac congestion without heart failure. Ive never heard of such a thing. Ill find the results next week. The pain & swelling have kept me from writing, typing or even wanting to be online. I havent been in the gym since October and thats making me fat and mean. Yes, mean. The gym is my mental therapy. Ive had to take my Xanax đź My feet swell so big they have been busting open! Even where I got my stitches out on top of my foot! Its horrible. But Im fixin to suck it up and get back to my life!
