So the deal fell through yesterday on Nirvana again. Surveyors are the same all over the world. If you want to find something wrong with a 41 year old vessel you can...lol. The buyer wanted $10,000 off for a 1x1 soft spot on the deck that we discussed when he looked at the boat. I sealed it when I bought her and it has not gotten any worse in 7 years, go figure. Well I told him to pound salt as the rest of the survey actually turned out pretty good. Two more buyers looking at her today. One flew in from 500 miles away so hopefully we will get another offer. Eric Anaclerio and I did a record one day bottom job and hull cleaning and she looks great!
