So the deal is happening. It is with mixed emotions that I say Im selling Cocomo Joe (at a massive loss. I could write a book and call it a million dollars later) and going full time back to selling real estate where I know what Im doing. I will still be involved to a small degree and hopefully be instrumental in continuing to help it grow, but I must admit the undertaking was too much for me, and for the resources I had. Im sad- heartbroken it didnt work for me the way I wanted, taking all my funds, my time, and then my health. Im happy because it will get to live on, and I will be out from under the crushing weight that was 24/7 for the entire time, not to mention the debt and overhead. Im rambling. Anyone who needs a really good real estate agent please keep me in mind.
