So, the government still wants to implement the laptop program; a campaign hoax that will plunge the country into misfortune .....Am an educationist n I dare say the laptop program should rather be a failed jubilee government promise than working it out as a reality. Already the government is going to spend 17 Billion just on the first batch yet : * Teachers need employment * Teachers salaries are still odd * There are not enough personnel to carry out the laptop curriculum implementation. Still worse thousands of kids still learn under shades of trees & sit on stones .... So which holes will the kids hide the laptops when it starts raining? Or do this laptops lack integrated circutes (ICs) which are allergic to water. The jubilee government should wake up from this dream that will also have economic implications.
