So the hassle with the pharmacy continues. Every time I run out of refills and only have partial refills left, they bill my insurance for the full amount but only give me 1/4 of the amount I take. So when I get a new refill, my insurance sees that they were billed for the full amount and think Im refilling early. How ironic we just had this conversation. Ugh. Its so frustrating. Thank goodness I have the bottle and the proof online that they charged for the full refill when I only got a partial. Just a tip for yall to make sure you do an online account for your prescriptions and take a picture of it as evidence. Plus make sure to keep your bottle. Sigh. The NEW America :(
