So the idea is not 100x reps more like half an hour to an hours worth of sets with light weights...when you add up the pounds moved you can see curls for an hour at 1x per second 10lbs means 36,000 lbs per hour..pare that to the amount of weight a low rm lifter moves and its about 10x as much...the muscles get worked much harder and the soreness is a lot greater...I just dont let the muscle recuperate enough myself or id be a lot bigger...BREAK IT DOWN BUILD IT UP STAY HYDRATED AND EAT 4000 CALORIES A DAY AND PUT ON SOME FAT TO BULK UP and youll get HUGE and have all the endurance and aerobic benefits too...much harder workout than the average bodybuilder and much better results...much less injury and much better plan for the masses of trainers...
