So the last 2 days have been horrendous for me. The shock of losing a mate, the emotional roller coaster and all the rest meant I felt I was loosing something I didnt know I had. I spoke to my friends yesterday and today which helped. I spoke to a counsellor today which really really helped and I will do it again later on. I know that I cant control everything but can control my love and appreciation towards you! So know this, every person I interact with, family, friends, acquaintances, you all mean a lot to me. You make me, me and I love you. If I dont say it to you, say it to me, cause it will be returned. I love you!
