So the last Skeptically Yours really got me thinking regarding the boycotting of Mozilla based on their CEOs actions, Barbara Drescher and DJ Grothe made some really good points, we dont want to institute a thought police policy and punish people for their views, even when those views are dumb as shit. That said, I still think we as consumers have the right to choose who we give our money to, and to inform others of who theyre giving their money to, so Im torn over this. So now Im watching this coverage of the Donald Sterling debacle and hearing how people are boycotting him and how NBA might fine him for something he said in the privacy of his home. As gross as racism is, is this reaction an OK think to do?
