So the last couple of days have been a little crazy, as soon as we were putting in the offer on the first house, a new house pops up on the market. Same neighborhood, same house layout, but kitchen is different (I think much nicer), inside is already painted really nice, a little bigger yard and nicer patio area, and 2,500 cheaper.
