So the legislative and executive branches od our government have billions of pesos for laws and bills that they pass and approve but the judiciary branch has only 17+ million? Wth, they are the ones who implements and interpret the constitution. No wonder there are many who are in prison that is innocent or someone who awaits trial or someone who is over the sentenced years in prison. Then the prisoners are put like sardines in a 2 man cell but 8 prisoners are in there. As i said some are guilty and some are innocent, but this person who alledgedly stole over 100 billion pesos is put in a "office" with "aircon" because she has sickness? Wow just wow, e yung iba nga namatay na sa kulungan e di pa ata alam ma patay na. Ako nga e, di nag aiaircon. Truly, Money is the root of all evil.
