So the main character in my Midnight Assassin Series is Cassie Murphy. she is a kick-ass, smart mouthed girl who is not afraid to get her hands dirty. Cassie has a tough exterior shell, hard to crack and her sarcasm is as deadly as her sword wielding abilities. Those she lets in, she protects fiercely and would spill blood for them. Her past is paved in blood, having killed her vampire turned mother when she became overwhelmed with blood lust. Cassie has never known who her father was, just that he were a demon and that meant that she were half- demon. Her coven never let that bother them but with unmistakable onyx eyes, that part of her was never going to be easy to hide.
