So the man child had to help me....alot! The baby has decided to stay awake during the day nearly ALL day. So, needless to say he has been my hands....but I made him hold the baby so I could touch the dirt and do a lil....my soul misses it. Anyhow, so we took out previous plants and put in new ones. None of which are mature except the two I left. We turned the soil added some new. Put down some new weed cloth I got at the dollar store, we used those black plastic bags before...yeah we use our heads round here. Put down some wood chips. Now when my son was putting the wood chips down...he broke my plant (stage right). :/ We shall see how it does. He also laid the wood chips around the rest of the bushes in the front. :D Love my boy. He is turnin out to be a mighty fine kid.
