So the menu this evening... 1. Kale, cabbage, Brussell sprout salad with Granny Smith apples, edamame, and Persian cucumbers drizzled with a homemade citrus vinaigrette (juice of 2 key limes, 1 myer lemon, 1 Valencia orange) 2. Israeli couscous in a white wine thyme-garlic butter sauce with crimini mushrooms, scallions and chopped Fresno peppers (from garden) 3. Pan seared sesame-seed encrusted sushi grade ahi tuna...marinated in soy sauce, sesame oil, Orange blossom honey, garlic, fresh ginger and juice from orange, lemon and lime. 4. Sauce for Tuna was the marinade reduced with a touch more honey and chilled. And it was a smashing success!!!!
