So the oncoming results from following up my Autism Assessment basically seems like I might have borderline Aspergers, but I definitely fell within the remits of being autistic, but quite highly functioning. Basically this means that I might be eligible for further support! Support that would take a huge stress load off of my parents shoulders, like being able to pay for my support worker myself (who has to be said has been absolutely fantastic and given me reassurance and confidence building as every good support worker should do) and possibly claim in work help. My parents have been absolutely fantastic to me really really supportive even through the difficult times, which by the way of hell Ive ridden some really choppy seas, even this year there has been some real difficulties. Like not feeling my voice was very important amongst my family, feeling kind of cut off from them, and maybe feeling a bit jelouse in a way because of not being able to express feelings. Which as I now know is a load of old rubbish. But yeah I kind of feel like as if I am on the silver lining of this great cloud. Things are looking up, New family member on the way and I look forward to seeing all the lovely people like Tim Carey and Ronnie Smith at Standon Calling Festival this weekend!
