So the other day I saw someone at Palmerston shops, who I thought was my friend I said hello to her, she looked at me and kept walking pretending I didnt exist, ..it was a shock expecting that from her, so I went home had a cry at all the injustices me and my family have been through, and how nice Id been to these people in the past, theyd come to my childrens bday parties and vice versa, and I felt like all those years of them being nice to me at the time was a sham, all those years I wasted thinking they cared about us...and I spoke out to protect their children too, and this is how they treat us!...anyhow Im telling you this not for you to feel sorry for me, but because I want you to know that its ok just to have days now and then when you just become so overwhelmed by whats happened to you or a loved one, that you break down and have a good cry...get it all out of your system...whats important though is that the next day you get up and realise that today is a new day, remember who you are, what you stand for, who the people who are there for you are, and plan for the future...love you all my friends xxHannah
