So, the other day I went for a 30 mile workout in my wheelchair. I did half of the trip in reverse, to work opposing muscles. And did a few miles with only 3 wheels, after one flew off a curb.... Its been over 48 hours, and I still dont feel any muscle soreness..... which is weird, cause usually Im sore for 1-2 days from shorter 5-15 mile trips. Though, I usually do big hills... and it was my first time doing long distance on mostly flat ground. I now know that I highly prefer big hills, it varies the technique more, and keeps things interesting. Is it bad to not be sore yet? Im wondering if something is wrong. Or, if this is good..... What made me not get sore?!?!! I think I may have eaten more protein that morning than how much I normally do in the mornings. I had more snacks in between.... but I didnt eat after until an hour later. I was starving, but couldnt eat straight away.
