So the other night I had a dream that I decided to start randomly visiting my facebook friends. And by visiting, I mean showing up at their houses with a suitcase, crashing on their couch, with full expectation that they would be cool with being my personal tour guide. I started with Ainslie Bernoth who lives in Australia. I have never met her in person but we had a BLAST in my dream lol. She took me out and and showed me places to photograph, we talked about portrait photography, drank wine and I ended up going along with them on a trip to Thailand. Then I woke up. I figured that was the end of it but last night I dreamed I jumped in my car and headed west to Arizona to hang out with Joya Schmidt. Needless to say, we had a blast. I think I must have laughed in my sleep because my stomach muscles hurt this morning. We hiked the Grand Canyon and I took some amazing star shots, then I got to photograph her roller derby team and even got to put on some skates and practice with them. They gave me a roller derby name but sadly, I cant remember what it was. After that, I headed to Moab Utah to see my Aunt Kathy Cornwell and we went on a photography adventure in Zion National Park, then Slot Canyon and finally the stars and milky way at Arches National Park. Moral of these dreams is if you are a fun person and live in a scenic area I would like to photograph, I MIGHT just show up on your doorstep one day. You have ben warned.
