So the past couple of weeks I have struggled with exercise......Ive come to conclusion that just increasing my over all activity during the day is perfectly fine for now.....and maybe dancing around to music when I should be studying :) My fitness goal is hitting my step goal on my Polar Loop, which Ive been doing by tweaking little things in my day (I dont get home until about 4pm between school and running around picking up the kids then I have a ton of homework and studying, plus the normal everyday stuff) Next month Ill have extra time to start running and fitting in more traditional workouts and I cant wait lol Anyways, dont let people make you feel bad if you have a hard time fitting stuff in. It happens to all of us at some point, you just have to do what you can and then take the opportunity to do more when the work load you have slacks up. #truth
