So, the rejected ballots are a matter of public record. There are 5000 needed to swing Measure 92, and 13,000 outstanding ballots Oregon. My guess is, that return of said ballots is usually EXTREMELY low, because there are almost never measures this close, so who cares? The list includes full name, city, county, and zip code. No address, and no phone numbers, and too many to search by hand (maybe). Is there a way we can use data to search for these people and come up with a call-able list? Alternatively, I bet we could breaks the list up into chunks of 10 people, and assign them to people to track down. If 1000 people used FB, linked in, google, to track down 13 of these people based on the information that is given, I bet we could track down a significant amount of them, and I bet we could swing 92. Just a thought.
