So the scale weighs you a littler heavier, now what? Why not check out all the carbohydrates you have been consuming this past week or so. Take a little inventory. I bet nine out of ten chances, you have allowed more carbs in your diet than you thought. Try more fats and proteins and much much less carbs. You will lean out quicker, have more energy and feel good in those clothes that seemed to have shrunk! Stay the Course!
