So the situation in Ferguson, MO isnt getting any better. The hacktivist group known as Anonymous said that they knew the name of the police officer than shot and killed Brown. They said they would release the name if the St. Louis County PD didnt respond. They also said they would release an eye-witness picture with Brown lying dead on the ground and police standing over him and then release all of the documents of the whole thing. Shortly after, they had their Twitter account suspended. My question is, does that violate their freedom of speech? Even though the information may have been gotten illegally, does that make it no longer protected by freedom of speech or is this not even a first amendment issue?
