So the weeks are ticking away.... we are getting closer to the Melbourne Marathon. Run Melbourne is only a few weeks away too. Now... have you guys got out of your comfort zones? Have you practiced running at your marathon or half marathon pace? I am a massive believer in teaching your body to dial this in. The body adapts with the right stimulus and recovery.
