So there I was a sittin on a stool in the kitchen last night because my back hurt too bad to stand, cookin up three pounds a bacon and a small pot a tater soup with my thumb up my ass and my mind in Arkansas (for you city folk, that means not payin attention). Now lookin back, I will admit three pounds a bacon might a been a little overkill, but better too much than not enuff in my own humble opinion.
