So there I was at 08.30am off to football with Louis and angus and 3 others to Winchester to watch Louis play football. Got in the fleet demo seat Alhambra on loan from seat for a week and thought it would be a good way to check it out 7 up. 1 mile from home and I get a near side front puncture, no problem I thought, it has gunk and a compressor in the car easy! got out get the gunk(no spare) and pump put in the gunk and blow it up. How hard could it be???? Doh!!! Side wall puncture. So call up a mum transfer everyone to another car and leave me to sort out the mess. Lovely ,miss football. Ok how to sort it out quickly, call the AA ..two hour wait and then they have to go and buy a tyre with me and come back and fit it...ok I buy tyre and get local firm to fit it quick how hard can that be. Call wife take me home look on internet get prices locate tyre drive off and purchase tyre, go back to car no jack and no tool kit!!!! Doh!!! go back to local tyre place borrow sockets and wrench and trolley jack as SEAT UK don’t supply these with the vehicle anymore!!!! Get back to car. So thats 3 hours 30 miles of driving and 4 car journeys ....so far. Call seat garage no answer get through to parts who email sales and ask them to call me back. 2 hours no answer , also called fleet manager on mobile ...switched off .doh ok lets change the wheel Find tool to take of plastic caps on wheels wheels nuts AHHHHHHHH!!!!!!! Locking wheel nut, ok locate locking wheel nut key...........AHHHHHH seat have not supplied one !!!!!!!!!! Ok so still no call back from seat call the AA low loader required as automatic. Minimum 2 hour wait. What a waste of a complete day all due to have NO spare wheel, please car manufacturers please please put spare wheels in cars and stop cutting corners!!! or dont have lots of kids and buy a 5 seater car with a spare
