So there is a #song that I love very much but I had to stop listening to it because it made me cry all the time. It made me think about someone who broke my #heart. I never wanted to hear this song again but someone asked me to play it in class to #stretch because she loves this song. Its a love song of course. So I started playing it in class and all of a sudden realized that that wound has healed. Because there are many different forms of love & I can listen to it again now. It is not a song about someone who I loved unconditionally anymore for me, it is now a song about how much I #love the people in my class. The ladies & gentlemen that come and #share their #smiles & #energy with me and everyone else in the class. These people that come #sweat their stress & #worries away and let the #music move them. Thank you to all who share the love! Thank you to all that have reserved a little space for me in your hearts. I love you.
