So there is no Eat 2 Perform Challenge going on right now but who is going to get a solid nights sleep, eat well, and hydrate? Your in the gym for a hour or so a day the other twenty three hours will have a big impact on your performance in the gym. Yes setting PRs in the gym is great and a big part of what we want to see you do. But lets step outside of the gym for a minute. These three things can have a HUGE IMPACT on your overall heath. Wouldnt you be more productive at work if you got a extra hour of sleep. Making positive changes in your nutrition so that you are better fueled through out the day with real food. And I mean who doesnt like having to run to the bathroom every 35 minutes because we are drinking so much water! Rest, Nutrition, and Hydration are crucial we can teach you how to do a clean, show you how to row but staying on top of these at home is extremely important. See everyone tomorrow well rested, fueled, and hydrated.
