So theres been a lot of talk about JWs using an idolatrous symbol in their marketing and I thought that their JW.org symbol with white letters on a blue backgroung were intriguing. Why so boring? According to the scripture they use to prove that other religions worship idols (and they dont) the things in the heavens and the earth and the waters at Ex 32:5 doesnt apply to them in this instance because it is universally the most boring ass plain jane safe symbol they could get away with. Blue is literally the most non offesnive color out there.
