So theres this guy out there named Richard Khuns that plays like he is a property owner and rents small apartments and rooms to people within large scale homes he finds for rent. Beware of the name and dont deal with this guy because he takes rent money from "His" tenants and puts it in his pocket...first time in my life at 45 I have felt evicted as the REAL owner showed up yesterday and says RICHARD KHUNS HAS NOT PAID THE RENT IN THREE MONTHS, HAD NOT PAID THE WATER BILL, TRASH OR ELECTRIC WHICH WAS INCLUDED IN OUR RENT. TO TOP IT OFF, I REALLY TRULY BELIEVE THAT ALL THIS STRESS CAUSE ONE OF THE OLDER GENTS IN THE HOUSE TO LITERALLY DIE OF A HEART ATTACK BECAUSE WE ALL HAD SUCH SHORT NOTICE TO LEAVE. RICHARD KHUNS SPEAKS WITH A FORKED TOUNGE...MAKE A NOTE OF THIS AND REPOST OVER AND OVER AND OVER FOR A LONG LONG TIME.
