So theres this movie Ive found - RUBBER (2010). Highly recommended, but only if youre up for an abstract, Absurdist, black comedy about a sentient tire (you heard me) named Robert, who discovers one day that it possesses telekinetic powers, like the folks in the SCANNERS movies, and goes on a killing spree. (I bet you thought Id crossed a line with the sentient tire bit, huh...) The movie is self-aware, self-referential and a complete delight, and comes with its own audience/Greek chorus.
