So they want to discharge me today but I dont think Im going anywhere today. Walked down to see Thomas with a nurse and could only stay for like 5 mins before starting to feel faint. Glad we took a wheelchair down with us! Thomas is doing good today. Hes still breathing fast but he hasnt had any episodes of forgetting to breathe yet this morning. Hes stable with the cpap on. He has the blue light for jaundice which is pretty much a given with any preemie. Not sure about the fluid in his lungs yet but Im sure they will be doing another xray at some point to find out. He had his finger in his mouth with his tongue kind of sticking out when I was down there. He still hasnt opened his eyes but the nurses said in a few days or so he should open them.
