So this happens rather often - I am one of those people who either forget to eat, or have trouble eating, unless Im super mellow and happy, which is almost never. It had been approximately 30 hours since I last ate anything resembling food (unless you count Nutella lattes and PBR). I basically started flipping out again this morning, and started thinking I was having another PTSD fit. It so turns out, quite surprisingly, that protein is a wonderful mood stabilizer, and that it is quite possibly unwise to go without food for over 24 hours (unless you are on some spiritual trip). My evil ex-boyfriend was dead wrong! Im not hyper emotional. I just need to take care of myself more often. Oh, snap. (End of public service announcement)
