So this has been mentioned a couple of times - the Christmas Cup. Its happening on the 29th and 30th of November in Oxford, and it is what is called a mercenary tournament. This means players from all over the UK (and even further abroad) are drafted into mixed teams for this tournament. This cup is specifically aimed at players new to the sport, so itll be a fantastic opportunity for all of you players new this year. This round of sign-ups is solely for new players (experienced players were drafted in an earlier round), and is open next Monday evening. If youre enjoying your quidditch so far, then please sign up to this, mercenary tournaments are a fantastic opportunity to meet people from all over, and to learn from new players, and just get experience playing. Also remember, the first round of sign-ups filled to capacity after being open for less than an hour, so make sure you get in there quickly!
