So this is a perfect example of what not to do. Ive heard some people say that when they prepare for a snatch, they will use their upper legs (above the knee) to bump the weight. What this (and what Im doing here) does is creates so many imbalances. Instead of bringing the bar up in a straight line where you KNOW where the bar is going to land (at your center of gravity) you swing it slightly forward (thats the wrong way) when it swings forward even slightly, when it gets above your head? You dont know where its goung to land. You might not have enough momentum in your swing and it lands forward (like this video) OR you get to much momentum and it swings behind your back. Thays scary too.. I love learning. I want to do things with PROPER TECHNIQUE. So this is what I want to share with people. Some of you already know thos information. But for those who dont.. that lift.. here you go lol.
