So this is a true event in my life: I was sitting there on grass and out of no where my eye vision turns black. Im thinking I should lay down. I do. Than pure blackness hits me like a light switch being turned off. I cant think. Im in this black abyss of nothingness. I feel like I been here before. Being in that black of nothingness felt like time didnt exist. As I got that feeling, boom the light switch turns back on. My eyes open and I see blurry at first. Everything seems bright, Im confused. Its like I woke up and was reborn. I look around. I have no idea where Im at. I realize I was moving. I look at my hands in awe! Like whats this experience. I ask myself howd I get here. Who am I. I was stuck on that question for twenty minutes. I know deep down my name started with a B. I tried remembering what happened before this event. I just couldnt. Than as Im bout to give up memorizing. A fragment of memory comes. Than memories start trickling in slowly. Than I remember my name. Barry!! I was relieved I remembered. I looked in the mirror and didnt recognize myself. Being human in itself was weird thought too, at the time. But this happened in my Teen years and once in my childhood years. I was like 4 or 5. One more time in my twenties, but that one wasnt that bad. I remembered my name quicker. When it very first happened I kept asking my mom who I was. I didnt recognize myself on this pow wow video. That went on for two weeks. But some how I remember these events happened. I call it the light switch to my consciousness. Anyone else have a similar experience?
