So this is actually my second week of #FocusT25. I started last week. I’m in the Alpha phase. I have to admit that due to my new schedule I needed a shorter workout. It took me 2 weeks to finish the last week of #Insanity because of the cyst in my knee and my schedule. The 25 minute workouts are so much easier, but that doesn’t mean the workout are! I forgot just how AWESOME this program was. I know there are a lot of doubters out there who say you can’t get a good workout in 25 minutes, but they have never done #T25 cause you are drippin’ sweat 2 minutes in! I did #Cardio yesterday, but was not able to film or post. But got today’s workout of #TotalBodyCircuit done and filmed! This workout no joke. My husband joined me last week for this workout and threw in the towel at about 12 minutes. This time around I am really focusing on form and REALLY listening to what #ShaunT says. When you squeeze as he tells you to or when he says to focus on your core and you do, you REALLY do get more out of the workout! Have an awesome day everyone!
