So this is my momi update for today : wow what an emotional day!! never thought Id feel this way!! Dont know how people deal with this... My momi was told by die cardiologist that she needs bypass surgery.. they could not put any stunts in her arteries as they are too badly blocked... so, she has to have this surgery in order to live a long and happy life... there are tablets that she can use to see if they help instead of the bypass, but this is only temporary.. my momi has thought about this long and hard and she has decided she want to try the medication as a 1st option then get a 2nd opinion on her condition... I agree with her that this would be the route to take but to not leave it for too long as we dont want her heart and veins to deteriorate to a point where its life and death.... so my momi will take her meds, live healthy and then do what she feels is best.... we are both scared of what is to come and its a very difficult thing to process but I will support her no matter what she decides to do... we ask for lots of prayers, positive thought and well wishes as we all take this journey with my momi... we want my momi to be healthy and happy and live a long looooong live... we as a family will work together and assist and support each other as we do already!
