So this is my second attempt to get a MAC code out of O2/Sky to change my broadband provider. Talk about confusing, I ring the O2 contact number which it says I have to ring only to be then told by a recorded message, after making all the necessary selections, I need to be transferred to Sky! So I then have to go through another set of multiple choice options to then be told by the human operator I need to speak to O2! So I then get transferred back to O2 and eventually speak to a person. Crikey what a palaver! Hopefully this time I will actually get the MAC code. Meanwhile the person at O2/Sky told me I dont need to return the wireless router. I pointed out to them that it was in fact routers as each time I rang them about a problem their answer to fixing it was to send me another router, so in fact I had enough to set up a shop and sell them! :-D Hopefully I will be transferring to BT, free for the first 6 months then I get charged :( When I asked to leave O2/Sky some while ago they changed my account to £0.00 which was about to run out anyway. So I am moving at a good time getting another 6 months free. Yippee! Sorry got carried away there :)
