So this is one of the reasons I use Virgin Mobile: My phone has been off for a couple months, Ive been using Ashs phone while shes away. Virgin apparently noticed I hadnt paid my bill, and sent me this email.... Hi COURT, Its not every day that a customer like you comes along. So as a token of our appreciation, we wanted to give you a little something special back...a full month of service on us! Thats right - we covered your monthly charge, no strings attached. Its our way of saying thanks for being a Virgin Mobile customer. Sound too good to be true? Nah. We already added the money to your account on or around 23-SEP-2014 so your phone will be set for a whole month. We hope you enjoy a month of service on us. Thanks, bye! Virgin Mobile P.S. If youve already paid your monthly payment this month, you can use the credit for next months payment or other Virgin Mobile services. This is the second time they have done this for me in the last couple of years. Now thats customer service. I dont know another carrier that does this, do yall?
