So this is the cake that has gone to one fine day bridal in Tarleton ! I was given a brief of mint, Ivory and a touch of peach and rose gold, with a vintagey feel ! This cake was made 4 times before I was happy with it lol first time I made it, I got the mint more like a peppermint shade, then it was too bright a mint shade, then I did the top tier with lots of pipe work and it looked old fashioned, then I made the top tier in a shade of gold and wasnt happy with it lol finally I think I got it to a finish that I liked and I have just heard from the owner of the shop that she loves it so I am very happy .....
