So this is the start of the final stretch. With 8 days to go before I leave for Austria it feels like there is still so much to do but all homework up to this point has been done. I really hope its been enough. Andrew Hudson hasnt changed my diet at all for this week only making me push a little harder. As he said last night, this week has to feel like you edging those last little bit of detail in using an old blunt rusted razor blade, painful but so worth it. Well I didnt come this far and not with out any pain and I dont plan on going into this final stretch on a cloud with a silver lining but intend to come out the other end on one. So now Im sitting outside VA waiting patiently for them to open so that I can go and attack my back with that blunt rusted blade. Will chat to you peeps with an update of my day a little later.
