So this is the story and I am sticking to it!! The Kickstarter came to fruition because deadhorse needed money to guarantee that we would be able to finish recording our final projects later this October / November. The old saying it takes money to make money ain’t NO SHIT! The idea was suggested by several people we respect and well though we felt STRANGE for doing it, in the end it just was no longer needed. Due to the great turnouts at our April Shows in New Mexico and Colorado PLUS the May shows in Houston, Ft. Worth, Dallas, Corpus Christi and Harlingen: deadhorse financially and professionally are doing quite well. To be frank, deadhorse had a lot of unexpected changes in the proposed merchandise putting completion at risk. Mainly and unfortunately Craig Holloway would not have been complete with the “Let them Eat Deadhorse” Artwork till past the deadline of July 4th. That was a major game changer and we wanted to get the products out on a platform were people could see what they were getting before the promised us backing or committed to us and funds. Deadhorse thank each and every one of you contributing or not, for your patronage and patience. We want to give the HORSECORE the best products and at good prices. WE never want to promise something and leave the fans hanging like in the past…NO MORE ROCK LOBSTER VIDEO FOR ME PLEASE! Alpototonailgrinder……
