So this is the update on My honey (Colin Tsosie)......his O2 level is still at 95. However his lungs sound good and X-rays show no pneumonia or infection. Another round of antibiotics as an extra precaution. However, his lung capacity test yesterday was at 70, which isnt bad, but could be better. Another sleep study will be scheduled to see if his CPap machine needs to be adjusted. It would be great if he used it. So feel free, any of you familiar with sleep apnea, to get on his case! Any help in encouraging him to take better care of himself will be appreciated. COPD and sleep apnea is not a good combination. Theres a reason its referred to as a silent killer. He isnt a smoker, but being around heavy thick second hand smoke in the casino atmosphere for years took its toll. Then of course, 2-1/2 years in Afghanistan, where there is no air quality control measures only made things worse. They are permitted to burn anything and everything so the air is so polluted it is dangerous!
