The SV Social Media Detox! Where you will have to give up all your social networks for a torturous week, that will showcase the strongest of out the 6 of you. Networks you will have to give up include: Twitter Facebook Instagram Youtube BBM WeChat Tumblr Wordpress Google+ Pinterest LinkedIn Facebook Chat/Messenger News24 App (Read the newspaper!) MXit Skype Viber SnapChat Tinder Vine We chose these apps/social media networks because they are the most popular. The ONLY social network you can use is WhatsApp. It will be the one Social Media App you can use to communicate with your friends and family. Any other app that requires wifi, BIS or data is cheating. During the #SVDetoxWeek you will need to send us video’s of yourself and the experience of not using social media. We will need a video of you twice a day commenting on How you feel not using social media? Did you cheat or feel tempted to use social media? Which social media network did you crave using? What withdrawals symptoms you are having? What have you been doing with the time you are not using social media? Anything unusual or out of the ordinary? These questions are just a guideline you can add anything else you want to the video. These videos you can either email to me if they are small enough to fit or Whatsapp to me. OR you can Dropbox it and send a link to me. That is the only time you can use the internet.
