So this lady who had lied to me before (which is something I really dont tolerate) many years ago she told me I could sell my book at her event after I performed (really just to get me to agree) then when I got there she changed everything up and didnt allow me to sell my books. Now funny thing is I wouldve performed there anyway because I thought it was a cool event but SHE said that so I wanted to hold her to it. Its the principle. So she has another big event coming up in DC in August and wanted me to host the event. Now, I explained to her why I would be hesitant because of the fact that she lied to me before but maybe I can be the bigger man, put that behind me but she would have to at least acknowledge that first and do you know this lady had the audacity to get an attitude and said and I quote its funny when poets think they are on Malcolm Jamal warner or Gil Scott Heron level lol all I could do is laugh but yea she is exactly who I thought she was
