So this little ass kicker was found outside frozen, low low low heart rate and respiration, mom obvious took a poo break and he was born in the poop pile! When we found him it was nearly an hour after last delivery so little man has definitely been compromised, BUT Im sharing because a very experienced farmer shared with me the trick of floating them in a very warm bowl of water to heat their core temp,( it mimics the uterus) as soon as he was that warm water he started trying to swim and breath, i alternated it with brisk chest rubs and we heated some colostrum I had on hand, he sucked it off my pinky. Then we switched to a warm heat pad( once his temp started to register) , once he started screaming and trying to get away i put him with mom, he is now on the teat getting his colostrum. Hope this helps another person down the line.
