So this might be a really dumb question - and forgive me in advance if it is - And I know someone on here will rip me a new one if it is...But Im more of a long-gun guy. Ive got my RPAL and Ive been getting into restricteds more and more - Ive got a modern pistol but I want to get more into cowboy stuff and revolver shooting. Ive been watching a few vids on youtube and I came across this guy from my hometown in Calgary - Now this guys skill is pretty awesome and everything, but my question is - how the hell is this guy getting away with shooting in places like the Stampede grounds in downtown Calgary as well as Heritage Park? Hes popping balloons left right and center, but what type of ammo is he using to do this? Theres no way the RCMP are letting him do this kind of stuff with actual cartridge ammuntion...Im amazed hes even allowed to have these restricteds holstered and wandering around public parks...I wonder what his authorization to transport looks like... thoughts? https://youtube/watch?v=eOfr6hU5fic
