So this morning Ann and I wake up to find our TV not working Properly so we Call Direct TV they walk us through some steps to fix the issue and let us know that If the Problem persists we will need a tech to come out on site. This evening we turn on the TV to relax and realize the same issue has happened again so we call in and the Tech support specialist Determines we need a tech on site he then proceeds to tell me that HE CAN HAVE SOMEONE HERE AS SOON AS OCT 8th !!!! I proceeded to tell him If I was the CEO of Direct TV and I was told that I would be forced to FIRE HIM because its absolutely UN-ACCEPTABLE !! We live in AMERICA !!! We need to get People in office who SHUT DOWN companies that dont provide CUSTOMER SERVICE !! I pay $140 a month on Sat TV and I expect that when it breaks they can have someone here within 24-48 hours at most to fix it !! Like and Share if you Agree WE NEED TO HOLD THESE BIG COMPANIES ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR ACTIONS !!! Why should I have to spend 2 hours today on the phone they bill me for having a tech here by the hour how about we bill them by the hour for calling in to fix THERE PROBLEM !!!
