So this morning I am listening to Mojo in the Morning and they are outraged over the people wearing Rice jerseys at the Ravens game last night. I agreed with them but what about other famous people from Detroit who have admitted to violence / hitting women and they shine light on them every chance they get? So I tweeted, Isnt people wearing Rice jerseys the same as people buying Eminems music? The response I got was not exactly the same. Eminems early lyrics dont respect women but he has never laid a hand on one. So I tweeted, Do you remember Kims interview on 20/20 in 2006 where she stated they have gotten physical in the past? Or his lyrics in Love the Way You Lie where he admits Im so ashamed to hitting Kim. We cant overlook abuse because of who it is or what one does for a city. In my opinion abuse IS abuse regardless who is involved!! Hey! I like the guys music as much as the next person but damn one mans actions is no better than anothers -- Just Sayin!! Whats your thoughts??
