So this morning I phone main office in Richmond for WCB again, to find out what is or has happened to my medication and why Im being told I exceeded my monthly limit!! For the record..I follow my doctors prescription to the letter(number)!! The inner circle(?) of WCB changed my prescription amounts monthly in August apparently!! Going against my Doctor of 20 yrs, advice and written prescriptions!! Ombudsman on board now, I have an open file and they have escalated it!! Also called my Case Managers-Manager(escalates or supposed too)! They have no business changing it on their own!! Ive been taking the same amount for years! Sometimes less than prescribed, but never more!! Another day stressed to the max and so not happy they are again f*cking with me and my health and well being!! Rant over - for now
